Manage Your Account and Data​

You can add, manage, or delete your account and personal data through the Ratzon App.

You can also delete specific data (like student/user records) without deleting your full account.

🔐 How to Create an Account

  • Open the app and tap on Sign Up
  • Enter your email and password
  • A verification link will be sent to your email
  • Click the link to verify and start using your account by login.

🗑️ How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your account associated with the Ratzon App, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Ratzon App on your device.
  2. Tap on the Profile icon.
  3. Open the hamburger menu (three-line icon) in the top-right corner.
  4. Select “Delete Account” from the menu.
  5. Read and Confirm your request to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account:

  • Your personal data including your name, email, and profile details will be permanently deleted.
  • Any app usage data associated with your account will also be removed immediately.
  • This action is irreversible.

🧑‍💼 How to Add or Manage ERP Accounts

(For apps with ERP user/student management)

  • Go to Profile > Accounts
  • Tap Add Account(+ symbol) to create a new student/user
  • Tap an existing account to view details.
  • Long-press an account to select, edit and delete

⏳ Data Retention

  • Deleted data is permanently removed from our servers immediately.
  • You may request deletion anytime
